What's wrong with this picture?
I can only presume that this man really had to get across the street and get to Grand Slam Liquors before the sun set on this shortest day of the year. Or, he was trying to be hit by 10 a.m. Wednesday downtown traffic and just wanted to test drivers' reflexes.
Or, he feels entitled to roll wherever he damned well pleases.

Ha! I love it. (And is there REALLY Grand Slam liquors across the street?? Too funny.) How did you take the picture while you were driving?
i photo-drive all the time (there are previous posts on the dangers), but in this case, i had to stop the car anyway, even though the light was green, in lieu of running over the man in the intersection.
it's all about clean windows.
yup, grand slam liquors, 215 e. 6th in kcmo. you can see roving men flocking in during the morning and at all hours. they emerge from nearby places, including interstate-offramp begging-posts.
i'm not knocking/mocking their addictions/choices, just calling facts.
