It's 100 years old. Mostly nice woodwork. Lots of energy-inefficient windows and crusty elements to repair.

are you looking for a new house to buy? there are some seemingly nice places on our block. one two houses south of us that looks pretty good. it may be listed through prudential. i'll do some searching.
