2004 MN4, roughly 1300ft in diameter, will pass 22,600 miles from Earth which actually lies between the moon and earth
(22,000 miles is geosyncranous orbit)
there is a 1 in 60 chance it hits the earth, the first time. earth's gravity is expected to alter its trajectory, possibly bringing it into contact.
